Welcome to Bloodstripe Industries ("Bloodstripe Industries," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bloodstripeindustries.com (the "Site") and your purchase of any products through the Site. By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or place an order.
Our Terms & Conditions are subject to change without notification. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. Continued use of the Site after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Bloodstripe Industries is an online retailer of print-on-demand apparel and related products, operating at bloodstripeindustries.com. If you have any questions about these Terms, please reach out through our Contact page.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order on the Site. By using the Site, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Products & Print-on-Demand Disclaimers
· Color and print variance: All products are custom printed to order. Colors displayed on your screen may vary slightly from the finished product due to differences in monitor calibration, lighting, and the printing process itself. Minor variations in print placement, color, and material are normal and do not constitute a defect.
· Sizing: We provide sizing charts on all apparel product pages to help you select the correct size. It is your responsibility to review these charts before ordering, as noted in our Returns & Refunds policy below.
· Product availability: We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit the availability of any product at any time without notice.
All designs, artwork, logos, graphics, product photography, and written content on the Site are the property of Bloodstripe Industries and are protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any of our designs or content without our prior written permission. Purchasing a printed product does not transfer any ownership or licensing rights in the underlying design to you.
· All prices are listed in U.S. Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Applicable sales tax will be calculated and displayed at checkout based on your shipping address.
· We accept the payment methods displayed at checkout. By providing payment information, you represent that you are authorized to use the payment method provided.
· We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, pricing errors, or product unavailability. If we cancel an order after payment, you will receive a full refund of the amount charged.
Because our products are printed to order, production typically begins shortly after an order is placed. Order changes or cancellations can only be accommodated within a limited window after purchase; once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled. Please contact us immediately through our Contact page if you need to request a change.
· We currently ship only within the United States.
· Estimated production and shipping times provided on the Site or at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by carriers or other circumstances beyond our control are not our responsibility.
· Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the item to the carrier.
Our policy is that we do not accept returns. Due to the nature of our production process, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for any of our printed items. We print to order, meaning we do not produce your items until the order has been placed, so items cannot be returned once production has started. For this reason, it is imperative that you order the correct product size. To assist you with this, we include sizing charts for all our apparel products. Misprinted, Damaged, or Defective Items: The no-returns policy above applies to sizing and buyer's remorse — it does not apply to errors on our part. If your item arrives misprinted, damaged, or defective, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the product and we will work with you to coordinate a replacement, no refunds will be issued. For packages lost in transit, claims must be submitted to the carrier service as soon as possible, we have no control over the package once it leaves our facility.
Wrong or Insufficient Address: If the shipping address provided is considered insufficient by the courier and the package is returned to us, you will be responsible for the reshipment cost once we've confirmed an updated address with you.
Unclaimed Shipments: Shipments that go unclaimed and are returned to us will incur a reshipment cost to you if you'd like the order resent.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Bloodstripe Industries and its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Site or purchase of our products. Our total liability for any claim arising from your order is limited to the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
Products are sold "as is" and "as available." Except for the express commitments in our Returns & Refunds Policy above, we make no other warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, regarding our products or the Site.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bloodstripe Industries and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site.
12. Prohibited Use of the Site
You agree not to:
· Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
· Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site, our systems, or other users' accounts;
· Use automated tools to scrape, copy, or extract content from the Site without our permission;
· Upload or transmit any harmful code, viruses, or malicious software.
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate your access to the Site if we believe you have violated these Terms.
13. Links to Third-Party Sites
The Site may contain links to third-party websites (such as payment processors) that are not owned or controlled by Bloodstripe Industries. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites.
Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Site shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Arizona.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Bloodstripe Industries regarding your use of the Site and supersede any prior agreements.
